Petersfield market has been trading throughout lockdown with essential food vendors part of the relief effort.

Our correspondent, Beth Svarovska, has been shopping and talked to some of the stall holders and shoppers to reflect on their experiences and their hopes as the town comes back to life.

Thanks for that Beth ,we hope your listeners enjoyed an insight from the market traders during this Pandemic ,I feel people will continue to shop outside where possible ,,the market over the last couple weeks has casuals wanting to come on ,which is a good turn around for the market at moment as stalls were in short demand for a while .lets hope we all continue to thrive .On the down side we hope the parking situation dosnt threat the market or businesses in town .
Good Morning
I wondered if there was a Trader in the Petersfield Market selling electrical cables, plugs etc as I have an amount of “new” equipment left over when our business was closed down. If there is such a person, could you please put them in touch with me?
