Nelly Hall of Alitex, the South Harting-based horticultural greenhouse company, visited the famously curvy greenhouses at the Bombay Sapphire distillery, strictly for work purposes.
She came back with an an unexpected bonus – the superb, gin-based Laverstoke cocktail that keeps on giving.
