Local resident, Liv, co-owner of the Natural Food Deli, Petersfield gets Noni Needs out of a sticky mess.

Noni pops in for porridge and Liv helps her out with a very berry jam recipe – to chia you up. Quick and easy and delicious.

Chia Berry Jam

350g frozen berries
125g agave
4tbsp chia seeds
2tsp Vanilla essence

Heat the berries and agave together over a low heat until all the berries have defrosted, stir int eh chia seeds and let it thicken, stirring frequently.

Once off the heat, stir in vanilla essence and transfer into a jar and allow to cool before putting in the fridge.
