Claire Vennis and Joff Lacey with Petersfield personalities and their stories.

We’re recording in Meon Valley Travel this week.  This respected and popular local travel agent has had quite a year or so and owners James and Karen Beagrie give us the scoop on where’s hot and where not to go on holiday in these constantly changing Covid-times.

We hear from young Petersfield racing driver Sebastian Hopkins, who at the age of 15 has already clocked up some impressive miles, and Rogate-based classical composer Damian Montagu finds inspiration in the South Downs.

Jon Walker from the Petersfield Post is on his summer hols, but took time out from sunbathing in his back garden to speak to Joff, and Suzie’s Wilde Walk comes from the magical Wylds Farm.

We end the P pod with a rather special piece of classical music from the afore-mentioned local composer Damian Montagu.

The P pod is hosted by Claire Vennis and Joff Lacey. Tuesdays at 9, Wednesday’s at 7 and always online at
