In this episode of The Ticket, Laura Sheppard chats to Louisa Denby from Vox Cantab, the chamber choir who is involved in the 150th Anniversary celebrations of the St John the Evangelist church in Langrish.
Dan Haynes, a singer songwriter who pays tribute to a host of songwriter legends that have inspired his music. He’ll be performing at the Phoenix Theatre in Bordon from George Harrison, Paul Simon and Don Mclean to more contemporary Ben Howard, Laura Marling and Bon Iver, this concert covers the spectrum of singer songwriters. Dan will be performing one of his original songs on the show.
Laura finds more about the Cascade Harmony Ladies Chorus, which is a Barbershop close harmony group, running a Love to Sing course over the next 5 weeks.
Laura’s final guest is the delightful Courtney Winstone from The Salvaged Woodshop, who is exhibiting her furniture and artwork at Gallery No 30 in the High Street in Petersfield at the moment.
