Councillor Rob Mocatta is EHDC cabinet member for climate change and regeneration.
Rob talks about what he’s learned in planning the COP26 East Hampshire event, the volume of carbon emissions generated in East Hampshire and how transport, buildings and land use should be the focus for reductions. He also answers questions about the district’s overall strategy towards net zero emissions.
