Sweet bollards join a suite of sustainable initiatives

Councillor Russell Oppenheimer explains how bollards made from sugar cane are just part of the county council’s plans to make travel in Hampshire more environmentally friendly.

Cllr Oppenheimer also discusses tree planting in this jubilee year, reused road surfaces and encouraging sustainable “active travel”.
