There’s a new sculpture at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park and it’s one you’re sure not to miss. This arts and heritage project, supported by the South Downs National Park Authority, encourages us all to ‘stop a minute’ and take in our natural surroundings.

The sculpture depicts Ascapart, a legendary giant from Hampshire folklore, and celebrates a long mythological history of giants in this area.  Environmental artist Mark Ford spoke to Shine Radio’s Claire Vennis next to and inside, Ascapart the Giant’s head.
