Pulled pork has become a real favourite dish. But have you ever dared cook it?

It’s an American barbecue dish, more specifically a dish of the southern US, based on shredded barbecued pork shoulder.

Shine Radio’s Noni Needs had eaten it a lot but was only tempted to cook it once Sally Pelham had prepared it for her at a weekend party.

Sally Pelham chats to Noni about why it’s such a winner for large groups of ebbing and flowing guests and substantial enough to have as a Sunday roast treat.

What You’ll Need:

I tsp Black treacle

2tbsp cider vinegar

2tsp smoked paprika

1tsp ground cumin

1tsp mustard powder

1 tsp chilli powder

2.7 Kg boned pork shoulder
