It’s very easy to impress our queen of recipes – show her a good pickled vegetable and she’s in heaven.
At a friends birthday supper in February Noni Needs saw the huge jars of pickles on display at The Pig in The South Downs and had to investigate.
She went back to find Mr Pickle himself. Really, they call him Mr Pickle. What a find.
Mr Pickle happens to be Head Chef, Kamil. He very kindly showed Noni the Pickle room. And so her love affair with Pickling begins.
