Arts and Entertainment from in and around Petersfield. Laura Sheppard celebrates the arts across the Petersphere, talking to musicians, artists and makers, poets, dancers, thespians, composers; bringing together the talents in the area.

It’s a packed programme this month. Laura chats to 440 Theatre Company and Chris Hollis from Petersfield Shakespeare Festival about open air Shakespeare performances in the area. There’s also an open air Proms orchestral concert from Alton Concert Orchestra. 

Indoor theatre comes from Jo Smith with a travelling production of Flora’s Peverel, and Three Men in a Boat which is part of the Half Moon’s Summer Festival in aid of Home Start Butser.

Noni Needs talks to artist Lucy Ann Davis about her artistic identity, as well as to Sophie Yaniw who shares an insight into life as a museum curator. 

And Iolanthe Sheen and Marnie Glue share details of their exhibition at Gallery Number 30 throughout July.
