Developer James Allen of 6A Vision outlines his company’s proposals for the top of Lavant Street.

The Petersfield-based developer proposes to restyle the former car showroom, bike store and tool shop building opposite the railway station. On the former Tews Engineering site behind he wants to construct more than thirty flats.

6A Vision shared its proposals with residents at an open consultation session last week.

James is speaking to Shine Radio’s Stephen Martin.
