Jack Plumridge of AfterBurn Fitness is raising money for Winston’s Wish and Dreams Come True by running 100km on Saturday 13th August from Liphook.
Alongside this, Liphook Junior School are running a fun day between 9am and 4pm, and the Living Room Cinema in Liphook is hosting the finishing line and after run party. He talks to Shine Radio’s Alison Glasspool about his preparations and expectations for the day.
