Suzie met up with Pamela Howard, ( leading Director, Scenographer and national treasure who works primarily in opera and contemporary music theatre) in the garden of her railway carriage home in Selsey for the launch of her memoir The Art of Making Theatre, with Pavel and someone who is very special to them both, his daughter Stazka.
Pavel Drabek is Professor of Drama and Theatre Practice at University of Hull. He has published Czech translations of Shakespeare, set up and led a Czech professional music and opera company and written and translated for the opera, theatre and radio, making him perfect co-editor for Pamela as you will hear.
