With the public holiday on Monday, many businesses will be closing their doors as the nation gathers in mourning to witness the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
With many businesses stating that their closure is a mark of respect, does this mean SMEs with no viable option to remain open are being in any way disrespectful?

So agree with this – I have had to cancel client appointments on Monday – I am able to fit them in later in the week, but it leaves me having to work much longer hours on the other days, which is physically draining. But if I don’t fit the clients in to the other days, I won’t make enough money to cover this week’s bills.
