Andy Baker and Reece Payne are old friends from school, but now Andy is cycling 400kms in one day to help raise funds for an alternative cancer treatment for Reece. Hear from them both hear as they chat to Laura Sheppard.
Andy believes a form of treatment available in Japan could help slow the spread of the cancer.
