Age Concern’s charity cyclist Nicky Gardner leaves Vietnam and arrives in Cambodia. She shares a taste of a sombre visit to the Killing Fields before cycling on from Phnom Penh city through rural villages – for 70km or so –  before arriving at Kampon Thom. Nicky tries more local delicacies and finds a treat very similar to one from home to provide some energy on the ride.
