A Petersfield scientist has discovered a new way to make hydrogen.

Professor Dr Marco Sacchi from Ramshill leads a research team at Surrey University.

His project has found a more energy efficient way to derive hydrogen from methane using a new catalyst.

His process creates a clean burning fuel and removes damaging methane from the atmosphere, as he explained to Shine Radio’s Stephen Martin.
