The BBC’s Laura Rawlings and Shine Radio presenter Kate Fairweather discuss community radio and how to start up a podcast.

The podcast shines a light on how Dogs with Jobs was started, produced and developed by Petersfield residents, Kate Fairweather and John Welsman.

In the interview, we hear excerpts from Dogs with Jobs, including a truffle hunter and guide dog.  Kate explains the origins of the show, which she started during lockdown and talks about recording on the move in the South Downs and surrounding countryside. They also discuss advice for aspiring podcasters.
