The impresario launching Petersfield’s first fringe festival

Robert Ingram has just raised £7,000 for the Rosemary Foundation. His five day music festival featured eighteen bands and artists.

Now he’s turning his attention to Petersfield’s first fringe festival which is planned for the end of August.
