The Mayor of Warendorf, Peter Horstmann, tells Shine Radio why he places such great value on his town’s twinning links with Petersfield.
He spoke to Shine Radio’s Ian Crossman after giving a speech in English at a reception held to mark the 20th anniversary of the Petersfield Friendship Association in Warendorf, which was attended by members of the Petersfield Twinning Association, as part of their recent visit to the town.
