Having been born prematurely at 24 weeks and weighing just 1lb 4oz, Sophie has come a long way from her early start and grown into a strong young woman. She completed college this year and is looking forward to getting a job, gaining independence and hopefully moving into a house of her own. Sophie has learning difficulties and shares with us her experience of trying to find the perfect job for her which currently is proving quite difficult.
