Active Dementia at Winton House is going from strength to strength

Pilates is proving popular at Winton House for those suffering with dementia. Shine Radio returned to see how the numbers have grown.

      Hi Kate – The sessions are held every 1st Wednesday of the month at Winton House Community Cafe from 2.30pm-4.00pm. The contact you need is Beth Svarovska on 07503 655870 or email on info@bethpilates.com
