East Hants District Council is asking the Government to rethink their position on the new housing numbers for East Hampshire. They want consideration to be taken of the fifty seven per cent of the district that is protected from development due to the South Downs National Park.

They are asking for a fairer distribution of homes by either reducing the numbers or asking the Park to take more.

We hear from Cllrs Richard Millard and Angela Glass.
