Local foodie James Fairweather and Shine Radio’s Noni Needs will be on air on Christmas morning to help you prepare the perfect roast.
Direct from James’s kitchen in Stroud, Noni and James will cook Christmas lunch with you in real time.
From preparing the turkey to the ultimate roasties and how to bring it all together at the same time, James and Noni will give you a boost of confidence and good company.
Their four-hour marathon cook-along is the centrepiece of Shine Radio’s Christmas day programmes.
