Tax the wealthy say Patriotic Millionaires

A 2% tax on wealth above £10m would raise over £20 billion a year for public services.

That’s the radical proposal from an unusual source – Patriotic Millionaires.

The group campaigns for this tax on a small but significant minority of people; themselves! They say polling shows support for this amongst the very wealthy.

A supporter, millionaire Phil White, spoke to Mike Waddington in Chichester.
