The family holiday to Vienna at the end of May was disrupted when Rob Shepherd, husband of Shine Radio’s Laura Shepherd, fell and broke his leg.
He needed hospital care, a major operation and then transport home.
He is on the mend now, four weeks later after a two week stay in a Vienna Hospital.
Travel Insurance is vital and he highly recommends it and his phone was a vital piece of equipment too.
Despite the serious injury – he has a lengthy scar – he enjoyed the Vienna he got to see!
