An early queue of regulars forms every month at one particular stand at the Hampshire Farmers Market in Petersfield. The family-run business proves to be popular!
Our reporter Jo Gray caught up with Graham Purbrick, owner of New Forest Smokery and Trout Farm. Graham was keen to mention regular and loyal customers, some of which now regarded as friends, adding:
“I always look forward to the Petersfield market , it’s a day off from the farm and smokery work, and to have a chat, and laugh and joke with our customers sets me up for the next month .”
