Local sewing group Liss in Stitches was at the Physic Gardens a few weeks ago with an exhibition which showed a range of textile and thread based arts and crafts.
Based at the Liss Triangle Centre, they meet once a month either to hear a speaker, or to learn new sewing techniques.
It helps with mental wellbeing and is a great opportunity to switch off from the outside world.
And it’s not just for the ladies with as we hear from Jenny and Mike.
