Hear from Ditcham Park student, Eloise, and Colombian student, Isabel on their experience of a cultural exchange between their two schools.
Ditcham families hosted the Colombian students during their stay as well as their teacher, Maryori Santis. Isabel has has stayed with Eloise’s family during on the first part of the cultural exchange between their two schools and will be reunited in February 2026 when Eloise goes to Colombia.
It is the second year of the cultural exchange programme between Ditcham Park School and its Colombian partner school in Barranquilla, which was organised by languages head, Peter Swabey.
Headmaster, Graham Spawforth explains how Ditcham students and parents have embraced the cultural exchange and the impact they have made in the school community.
