Dianne Heath is the chair of Liphook’s Carnival Committee, it’s the 6th oldest in the country.
She told Mark Simpson about how the magic atmosphere transforms the village, with marching bands. floats, fireworks in the Recreation Ground on London Road, a funfair on the Village Green and food.
