Julie Butler is joined once again this month with Lynn Osborne, Nickki Haggar and Duncan Cameron.

This month it is all about Christmas and we talk about families at this Festive period and how generations come together and interact. 

We also get sound advice from Amanda Whiteland-Smith from East Hants Citizen Advice on how to cope with the extra pressures of Christmas. Then it’s over to join the Festive Elves that are running and walking, all in aid of raising funds and awareness of mental health.

    Great episode – like the idea of keeping expectations out of your ‘good times’ and just enjoying the moments together – a good out look on life (and preventing hard debt ….) and the choir lives up to that. Keep it up Julie!
