2026 is the 90th anniversary of the spitfire and Langrish House has been awarded a blue plaque to commemorate their role in its manufacture. Not only that but it was also a base for a secret defence force in case of invasion. Alan Matlock, Chair of The Spitfire Makers Charitable Trust, spoke to Sine Radio’s Phill Humphries about the fascinating secret stories of Langrish House.
