Peter and Nadia Stonnard launch their Page’s Yard restaurant and wine bar, the Stables, on Wednesday 13 May.
Peter having been a chef for 23 years takes the kitchen and Nadia will be front of house.
Talking to Mike Waddington, Peter said he had almost given up dreaming of a restaurant of their own;, then Petersfield came up.
The Stables is open lunch time and evenings, Wednesday to Sunday.
