Linoprinting for Beginners and Improvers

Aylsa Williams and Mandy Smith, both printmakers, will guide you through the design of your card, the transfer of the design onto a lino plate, carving of the lino, inking up and printing.

All participants will take away at least 5 cards of their own design. Feel free to bring a pre-prepared design or just come along and be inspired – we will be using A6 plates. With Christmas approaching the workshop will provide the perfect opportunity to create and design a unique Christmas card or create a unique card for another occasion.

All materials are included, please bring an apron or wear old clothes as the inks can stain clothing.

Your ticket price includes tea and coffee throughout the day and parking. Participants can bring a packed lunch or purchase food from the cafe.

Summary... Whether you are a complete beginner or improver at linoprinting come and join our workshop creating linoprinted cards
