Jake A.D is a storyteller, unafraid to dig down deep and unearth every ounce of his soul. A sketcher of sonic stories, and a painter of musical pictures, his songs serve as the soundtrack to his world, and in time are likely to find their way into yours. Drawing inspiration from the blues, gospel, soul and primal folk, he combines his dedication for crafting songs with the burning desire to share them all with an audience. The stage is simply where he belongs!
Describing herself as a poet who sings, Hannah combines mesmerising vocals, bittersweet lyrics and fluid keys-playing as she reaches out and gently draws you into her rich inner landscape through her songs. It is a terrain scattered with keenly observed detail, open-hearted vulnerability, and a profound awareness of light and shadow. A prolific and restless writer, for Hannah words and music represent solace, connection and survival. They are the breathings of her heart – her way of finding a pathway through this beautiful broken world, of sharing it with others, and of asking: “do you see it too?”
