Kate from Breathe in the Forest is a bright, smiley, positive person. It’s therefore not hard to believe that she is someone who gets her energy from nature through her practice of Forest Bathing & Natural Mindfulness. Kate will be helping others access the deep healing powers of nature, by leading some natural mindfulness walks for the walking festival. There will be sessions for both adults and young families.
